1.8 8v engine in nova????

hello i am thinking of putting a 1.8 8v from a early astra gte?? a frened of mine had a 1.8sri mk2 astra and that flew ever since i have wonted to put one of them engines in to a nova can any body tell me off the conversion is a simple one. and if a 32/34 weber re-jetted be up to the job?
any help would be great

Just keep the injection - its better.
Its been done loads of times (in the early days) and you need the same conversion kit as a c20xe

If you use a new style engine, you get the 1.8 16v in small block. So well work too do.
