Big mouth bumber?

Ive seen a few nova's in my area and they have big mouths cut out of standard bumbers Is it hard to do and what do u use ?

hope its some help its a piece of p!ss to do. just chop the spoke type things out under the number plate recess then cut down as deep as you want the mesh to be.

ive just done this mod 2 my old bumper so if u want pics i got some really gd quality 1's that should help ya quite abit
