Ok I have a load of work to get done on the Nova it was advertised as mint lmao! Anyway It's obviously not 'mint' but im working on it!, I really love this car and that doesn't happen often! More importantly it's not my daily driver so I can take it off the road and I have a double garage for it and luckily I have a little more money than I used too so hopefully I can do something special with it!, I will keep this updated as I do more to it!

Anyway this is a pic I took today!

Thats an epic photo, a few feet further back down the road, nearer the sign, with the power cables coming in at better angles, wouldve looked epic!!

Thanks for the nice comments :-), Your right about moving the car back a bit for the photo but I was just taking the car on a blast this morning before I do some engine work (And no doubt bugger it up lol!) and I took a wrong turn and ended up there but there were loads of signs saying private property and that I shouldnt be there basically as it's some massive power plant so I took it quickly!!

I also got this a bit further down the road, Not as good as it could be but hey I wasn't out looking for photo's I just say the locations and thought it would be rude not too!!, Also I dont know if the previous owner is on here but would be interested to find out!!

Faceplums old car was very similar and had a LET (iirc?) Loosely attached in the front with cable ties and bubblegum, hence it being a magnet for VOSA, who inspect and crush said vehicles for being sheds

I have this lil' beauty at my unit at the moment - having diagnosed the engine as having no compression and easier to put a GTE lump in there for an extra 20 bhp out of the box!

I normally take the hubs and shafts out when doing a swap, but this was much easier (plus one of the hub nuts was welded on! lol)

Engine removal from the GTE!

Unfortunately the other pics didnt come out - but the e16 is nice and snug and all plumbed it and back on her wheels - not bad for a day's work!

GTE was broken a few weeks ago (multiple threads in parts FS thread) it was truly rotten - and I mean totally - every part of the floor pan/inner wings, suspension mounting points etc.

Had ten mins on it earlier - just tidied the bay up a bit and fitted the fuel lines....

Thats great news!, I was wondering with the bigger brakes does that involve changing the rears to disks also?

Dont be silly - she needs a good airing! lol.

It actually didnt go out in the rain - the water is from the steam cleaner, although there were a few puddles when I took it for a hoon! lol
