started this last year as a bare shell. Finally got it on the road this week

its just running a 16gte lump e16se. ive got a knackerd k reg shell ive got plans for after the wedding next month. Al do a proper build thread for that though

Cool, E16's are coming back into fashion due to fuel prices, good solid wee engines that love abuse lol

Plastic cover to go over the heater under the scuttle panel to source and fit

Plastic kick panels to fit
Front carpet to sort out
Shelfs under the dash to fit
Pillars to cover
Rear seat belts to fit
Sound system to sort out
Gaz coilovers to find and fit
Seat rail plastics to source and fit
Red bumper tape to source and fit
Gsi sun visors to source
Rubber gear stick gater to source

Had a bit of a misshap today when fitting the spoiler. managed to drill through the spoiler :cry: totally sick!

got a new pair of front indicators coming thanks to jeffrey aka Vlietje

sent my bonnet catch and secondary catch away to get zinc coated today. See what they look like in a few days time, if they look good i might send more stuff to get done

A small update, went to rebuild the spare block i had last friday only to discover water had been sitin in the bores. now it needs a re-bore :cry: so ive started the 2nd spare engine now. On a serious mission now as it has to be ready for my wedding on saturday! will post some pics soon wen i get time!

cheers just wish i had taken more photos when i got the shell cause she was a minter! didnt need any welding. the only welding she got was the full rally strengthening kit before i painted her.

This car is testing my temper! just removed the bell housing inspection plate to discover that the casing is split! new gear box required :mad:

Retro day at Crail was a total waste of time. pissed it down most of the day and there was nowt there. to top it all off i got 3 points for my troubles. thats my clean licence gone now. roll on billing!
