hi guys as i missed my old mini mayfair i bought another as a project, but the thing is it started of as a uk registerd mini then my neighbour moved to france so its registerd over there, now he is back home nd back for good hes got everything back with him but he has lost the papers and its still registerd in france.....how would i go about re-registering it please guys rep for help cheers
