Basically just need a bit of information on whats the best route to solving this problem..
checked the battery with a multimeter and removed each fuse to find out what was draining it so badly as we originally thought it was a buggered alternator.
It was draining rapidly to the point of 5 volts had gone within 15 minutes.

It seems the two fuses that slowed down the power drain were the fuse for the hazard, interior light and clock, and the left high beam fuse.

The wiring on the headlight is pretty bad and there is some live solder, so guessing just taping the wires with insulating tape is the best option but unsure on how to solve the other?
Any other ways to resolve the problems would be appreciated, just any information to help me overall!

last guy that owned it has made a right f*ckup of the wiring so could be anywhere tbh..least its narrowed down just a case of tidying up the wiring i guess and just double checking earths..

99.99% of the time always check what has already been done because that usually whats wrong
