Fuel Gauge wiring

I am attempting to fit a Nova fuel gauge into a Corsa C (dont ask!), the Nova gauge is the earlier 1.2 square jobbie and has 4 'posts' on the back...

Any idea which is which and what I will need to get it to work?

Currently, I have an ignition feed, earth and a signal wire and I can get the gauge to move up and down, but it wont reset to zero and always seems to read half a tank!? lol

Will it even work off a Corsa C fuel sender? (black/blue wire):thumb:

Id seriously doubt it will work off the corsa sender. The corsa gauge will obviously be calibrated for the corsa sender, which is going to differ from a nova one

I dont mind if it reads wrong - as long as I know when its empty/full and somewhere in between!
