We've not had one of these for a while now so since I'm bored having a 15 min dinner break I'll start one, Chicago town meat combo mini pizzas and a bottle of cherry powerade to wash them down, then back to wet vaccing a gammy seat altea, oh the joys!

What's others having for dinner/what's you up to?

Hey! Ill have you know I have an NVQ! lol

Jack
04-04-12, 10:11 PM
Usually people only have one cooked meal a day, so that (if not, the main meal) is dinner. Light/secondary meal in the evening is tea, or at midday its lunch.

Sunday lunch at lunchtime to me is dinner, but the other 6 days of the week I usually have my main meal in the evening so THAT is dinner. The light meal I have on a sunday evening is tea. My cheese & tomato roll, kitkat and fruit I had at midday today wasn't my main day's meal so that makes it my lunch.

Clear? lol

Jeff16v

Skipping breakfast will help put on weight... break from the fast, clues in the name. going that long without food slows down your metabolism, putting your body into fat storing mode so what ever you eat for lunch goes straight on your hips. lol

make time for breakfasts, or just buy these bad boys...
