does anyone now if mk1 or 2 escort track rods will fit into sierra hubs?

If u mean track rod ends then yes the taper is the same but the thread on the track rod is imperial on mk1&2's as opposed to metric Sierra ones. If u meant track control arms then no their no where near but capri are the same.
