F10 or f13cr gearbox advise needed ?

I am going to be running a 1.4 sr and hope to be getting around 120 bhp .
Does anyone have any advise on which gearbox would be best suited to this .
I have a f10 and f13cr .

you'll probably find they're very similar. What ratios are stamped on them? what do you intend to use the car for?

keep your sr 4.18 diff & fit an f13 cr cluster, remembering to swap the little diff gears over...
