As a few of you know I posted up that I had bought a 1990 astra gte 8v.

Well I thought I best put a project thread up, as I've decided to keep it (unless I get offered so money's for it :D )

Anyway to start the thread off I thought some pictures would do.

So far into my investigation on it (as the previous owner knew nothing.) I've found that it is fairly clean panel and underneath wise, however the paint has cracked on the bonnet and boot.

It has the E-tech strut brace
GMAX springs and shocks all round, lowered by what looks like 40mm
Grooved front brake discs.
K&N induction

Next things to do is to put my compomotive mo5 16's on it once I have referrbed them, and see if there is a Kent cam or something hidin under there, as it's f00k'n fast!

Anyway, finished playing with it so I tucked it up in the garage with the nova.
