hi just fitting uniballs on the nova when you put the drive shaft in hits the nut on the top do you just fit a spacer on the shaft any one done that cheers mart:wtf:

Common problem with Uniballs, especially if they come from Compbrake......

Grind the nut down, or use a locking half-nut', or replace with a 'K' nut or similar

cheers dont like the grind nut method i will look for a different nut i think ,these where hockley items as well . must be me but nothing ever fits cheers mart

is there a groove machined in them for the standard pinch bolt? I can't see one tbh but it might be hiding I guess lol

Don't know the make, they weren't sold to me as Hockley ones...Yes they have a groove.

If yours have a groove Mark, surely they will clamp up with the pinch bolt as normal
