An Engine to drop in! 1.4 1.6?

Now iv decided I jut want my saloon back on the road so I can get some use out of it!

I'd like an engine I can drop straight in with little to no faffing about,

My cavs to good to break an I don't want to ruin the shell by welding it as it's pretty much mint!

1.4 8v 1.6 8v?? Preferably carbed but not to fussed!

Maybe 1.6 16v at a push

But I'd rather use a nova engine.. And I do have a budget that's pretty small lol
