Hey, my name is Alex, I'm based in Stevenage, currently working at Halfords and am doing A-levels (Maths, Further Maths and Product Design) at Nobel and Marriotts in Stevenage. I am a very active member of allcorsa.co.uk. I am good at maths and engineering type-things, which is why I'm currently applying for an apprenticeship with Astrium, looking to become a satellite engineer. Just got through the CV stage, I'm now going for the 'assessment day' on the 3rd of April. My passion is electronics, which I am geting fairly good at, as you will see, and before I get 50 comments of 'YOU'RE A CHAV', I just like lights. I have changed every interior bulb to blue, wired footwell lights, under car neons, grill lights, blue in the reverse lights and number plate bulb (as well as normal bulbs) boot popper, my stereo (2X JL 10", 2X Fli 6", 2 X FLI 5", 2X Kenwood KAC-5204, 1X Fli 450s amp) and other things.
This is me going to a fancy dress party, but can you guess what character I am, I'll give you a hint, the director's initials are Q.T.

I have also fitted some spotlights. My car now pushes 600watts of light from the front. It's daylight on country roads.

As some of you will have seen, I'm starting to look at engine mods. Cam, inlet, tb, injectors for now... Along with a decat, straight through and nice backbox.
Performance wise, I have a full set of 2 liter breaks from a Cav waiting to be fitted, and I'm after front strut and arm braces, cav rarb and corsa desil rarb, as well as a combo farb. I won't go fast in a straight line, but **** me I'm not slowing down for corners XD
The looks are pretty much done for now. I've got a replacement rear light for the cracked one, I would like Euro rear lights but they're expensive. I could add a GSI spoiler, but they're common and pointless. I've got a set of smoke grey GSI skirts in my loft, The paint's a bit damaged, so I might spray all the bumpers and arches Matt black, maybe anthracite, and go from there.
I'm looking at upgrading my sub's amp(s), going for a FLI 900s, then using one of the Kenwoods for the rear speakers, and selling the other.

Plans for the future: X30XE, but that's a few years away.

I always attend PVS and Trax, but that'll be with AC, any other shows and I'd love to go with this club, though I can't help but guess my car's about 4 years too young :P I'll be buying a membership fairly soon methinks, as you've all been quite helpful so far.

Haha, thanks guys, I do work at halfords, but source everything from ebay as it's always cheaper! I do like lights, they've fascinated me since I was a wee lad, so naturally when someone let me loose with a car...

I gave him a proper wash today, bumper care, rain-x and everything! The spots will be going anthracite over the next few weeks. I would like to colour code smoke grey and anthracite. Some people spray the bumpers gloss black, which I'm not a fan of, but what would you think of anthracite?

There's too many lights for everyone's liking! There's the same amount as before though, I removed 30, and added 30 0.o

Than handeling is great, but it doesn't seem to have dropped much, about 5mm actually, yet it handles better than my friend's who's is lowered 60!

Just had a car crash. I'd just been driving in fog and still had the fog lights on. Fairley unmissable, but a ****ing absent minded driver still found me. Lights went Red, I applied my brakes, the old woman behind me was having chat far to interesting to look where she was going and didn't apply her's. She dented her bonnet, broke her headlight and bumper. My crash bar took the impact and bent as it's designed to, my bumper bounced back. Inside the boot has crumpled as it's made of paper. That's about it though.

I was almost sideswiped by a fiesta 5 minutes later, I was overtaking on the duel carrage way, and once again the stupid bitch was too busy talking to look to her right. SHE got the 130db horn treatment though.

everyone has said it "too many lights" but tbh i dnt mind them. on a personal level for me if it was me id lose the the round spotlight ones or cut the bumper gap out (where u have the rectangle ones and mounted them upside down and meshed the gap up. i like the lil strip ones on bottom of bumper nd the ones behind the grille :thumb:
tbh it aint bad lookin how you got it right now, corsa's are a lil too popular for me tbh im a nova fan then astra/vectra then corsa but everyone has there own taste

would like to say well done in goin a different direction to the norm with the lights, keep at it and look forward to seeing more
