two nights ago i was walking home and my left knee just diskconected its done this before but just jumped back in and was sore for a fue days but this time was diferant. it just stayed out for a fue mins then poped back in. after getting a mate to pick me up as i couldent even walk i went to a&e and thay put a brace on it and gave me 2 kruches, i feal so useless i cant even go to work or even work on the corsa :(

Dislocated my left knee 6 times, then had Femur Patella reconstruction and then dislocated my right one and they operated straight away. Know how you feel, just make sure you don't rush back into doing stuff.

Mate of mine had his leg like that after coming of a Kawasaki Ninja at 130mph threw a hedge backward, ripped his helmet, shoes and t shirt off him, left him with broken color bone 3 ribs, shattered left theamer, and shattered right knee cap (now replaced with false one) and his calf was broken in 4 places had to have it in a frame like that.

my ankle snapped clean n shine was in bits as it shattered grrr

after the 16months the cage did fukall so off it came and they more ops, they cut both my hips open and tock about 3inch of bone from each side

which they rebuilt my shin with along with carbon paltes,

now my ankle only moves up n down no side to side movement at all (lucky as it could of been the other way round)

so walking on un even ground is a mission lol
