sprayin question?

after sprayin a car in a flat colour, do u need 2 rub it down by hand wit very fine sand paper then polish 2 give the shine?
im stuck wit this 1 as if thats how u get the shine, ill get my car sprayed 4 ?150 lol

providing theres no prange peel/dry spots, you should lacquer it which will flatten and make it shine - then after about 10 days you should buff up using a proper boffing mop - being careful not to burn the paint using proper buffing polish (G3 compound).

If you have pornage peel you can lacquer 3 coats which will still show peel but you can then buff back smooth (lacquered coat) to reduce a little - just wont get as much of a deel shine
