what engine? i had this problem with my 1600 16v. ended up using thread lock and putting it **** tight. you need to lock the flywheel to tighten it right up properly. check the key isnt damaged. luckily mine had chewed the pully and not the crank.

If you running a 1200ST then be bloody careful. I had a very similar problem. The pulley kept shearing. The bolt was bloody tight, torqued to the right settings and loctited. I would suggest you look carefully at your crank, and make sure it hasn't sheared.
