Best one ?

Which one of these primer's is the best to use ,*UPol Powercan Etch Primer - Metal Primer or Plasti-kote Metal Primer

depends what your planning to do with it

upol is good but as about it depends on what your doing

I am going to primer underneath and then gravite stonechip and then get some mixed paint and paint underneath

if you are going down to bare metal you are going to want to etch prime first and then a normal primer

Ok then is there anyway you don't have to take to bare metal , because I have a good shell with no rust

just jet wash and de-grease whats already there and then gravitex over the top of it then paint it

What's the best degreaser to use underneath ?

Comma hyperclean is the best degreaser I've used, just make sure it's well washed off as it's an oil based thing (which paint will dislike) with emulsifiers in it... so it eats grease but emulsifies with water to wash off.
