Have a problem with the valver, I have a 'scrubbing sound' under load, its in the drive train somewhere, its not wheel barings, it could be the 'cv's' or it could be the gearbox? Its harmonic with engine revs.

Have had 3 clutches in it now as thats what it sounds like, but it isnt that as its still doing it! I put a spigot bearing in the end of the crank today to support the inpout shaft to the box, hasnt really helped much. Am thinkin now that a bearing has collapsed in the box which will be a nightmare. N e one had this problem or had similar symptoms??

It sounds rotational, and is only when u put the engine under load, i.e feed power in up a hill. Its getting frustrating now!!

P.s its an F20 gear box.

or bottom pully on the bottom of the cassis leg (if you have the wider pully)
