Nova as we all know is undergoing restoration...costing me a bomb, and taking longer every day as new rust is found lol:mad:

ANND i get a phone call last night and the other half has had a blow out...not with the tyre i assumed would because the prat has left it bold... the other one... which was pretty much new..:thumb:

insurance job i say! fed up lol

comes in three's as they say! lets see what number 3 is! :roll:

He sat on his bank card and it snapped in half last night... i have to admit hearing that at 6:30 this morning having already been awake over an hour...i laughed..hard hahaha!

this day and age very true, but when you do 60+ miles a day it helps to know you can get more out of a car if its economic rather than a gas guzzling super charged 3.5 litre. This day and age you need to be that slightly bit more aware of what your buying! im sure any one would agree!

granted u drive like a dick the mile per galon is going to rape you in the ass like any car would!

And when they put a car forward for its mpg test, they have special tyres that are blown right up, the engine is mapped for economy, the track is flat as a pancake, and they employ a specialist driver to drive it, thus they are about a reliable as a ten year old french car.


Recently mitsubishi was taken to court for its figures, which were absolutely impossible to get

I love cars, but mine get looked after.

Eg, Mrs Hobbits 2.2 astra turned over to 140k this weekend. we bought it on about 80k and the only time it let us down was when the egr sensor went. Still managed to get to a garage where it was swapped for a second hand 1. Thats what you get when you look after it and service it every 10k though.

Audi don't measure mpg like that mike ;)

top gear once reckoned that all vauxhall omegas should have been sold with 140k on the clock, cos they were crap when new, but at 140k, they were brilliant......
