Early rear seat brackets

Managed to pick up some early sr Daytona check seats at the weekend and realised the rears have the lift and tilt rears rather than the push button and tilt. I know dec had the same issue when doing his sport.
Would it be easier to try and source the early brackets and mod the car or re trim the material onto a spare later 60/40 upper seat. Has anybody else had this issue?

I had a similar problem, I just made up some of my own brackets, fairly easy to do. I used some strong steel from work. have you got any pictures, if its the same as mine I can give you a template for them.
