c16xe cutting out

I've got a x16xe running c16xe mangement but when coming down the rev range the eml seems to come on and cut out when stopping, I know this could be CSS but when it idles it is constantly revving up and down and idles at about 1250rpm anyone got any ideas

Either vss or an air leak somewhere, I had the same problems..

As above, check all 3 VSS wires are present and undamaged (earth/live/signal)
