As title, I'm after the choke pull down that was fitted to Pierburg 1B carburettors.

It is attached to the manual choke mechanism via two roll pins,... It's easier just to get the whole choke mechanism and swap it all over rather than bash the pins out as i'm sure you're aware.

Can anybody help? Mine is not holding vacuum any more  and this is my Daily driver which is now no longer driveable lol

Mike.

Absolutely Desperate for this part now guys, If anyone has a Pierburg carb that you need to get rid of or would consider removing the choke section for me from, PLEASE get in touch. The pull down unit (black UFO shaped object with a pipe to the back of the carb) MUST hold vacuum for it to work.

I have Two weeks to MOT the car and then take it on Holiday. without this part I'm buggered.

If anyone can help fast, i will be eternally grateful.
thanks.,
