There is a stretch 2CV in bristol that looks a bit like that.

Heheh, I think Marty and the rest of us could tell it's a computer image ;) Personally I don't like the look of it either. It'll be intrtesting to see if you manage to do it tho.

base it on a saloon model so the boot sticks out on the back like on a proper limo. Because if you leave it flat backed like that it just looks down right wierd lol.
I take it you have a long garage - and lots of money for paint :lol:

the answer to why is cos i can and no1 else has so why not and im gettin hold of a valver to drop in it and did they do a five door saloon and if they did u kno ne1 with one for sale cos yes this would look better and the iterio will b the usual limo stuff wen i can afford it and the paint wont b too much and ive got some1 to spray it for free thank god and i havnt got a long garage im doin it at a m8s lock up which is huge

5 door saloons have to be the least sought after nova built.
You can pick them up for virtually nothing in your local free ads. Also good point with them is they tend to be owned by old ladies and are in very good condition, you should be able to pick up a belter for about ?75 :!:
How much are you looking to extend it by :?:
What are you going to do to strenghten the centre section :?:
Are you going to keep it on just 2 axles, as having twin axles on the rear could look trick, i think Ste has a photo shopped image of a six wheel twin cab pick up he wants to build, ask him for that.
ill keep a look out for a five door saloon then and im extrending it the length of the roof basically and i would love to do a twin axle but i wanna keep it simple ish as its my first major project and im goin to b usin lots of u channel and it going to have a hidden cage inside to strengthen it as well should b fun to do ne wayz

The amount of work its going to be adding another axle would be sod all. as long as you keep the brake stup the same on the original 4 wheels you can just have the extra 2 for show, have them on there but just rolling.
You could buy a complete spare rear axle for ?10 just need to bolt it on.

well since you were originally doin the 4x4 thing i thought you wanted a second nova for something to do with a twin engined Nova!!!
na brian thats already bin done so theres no point in doin it again

Its been done before to mini's and vw camper vans
i kno its bin done b4 to minis and campers but never to a nova until now

Hasn't got much done to it as yet but the plans are in the pipeline.
Still can't decide between going street sleeper for a year or going all out mad kit. Although nothing can start until i've moved into my new house :(
