I am stripping the seats, the headrests are sold and paid for. So the subframes are available and I will take the covers off and scrap the frames unless they are picked up in the next couple of weeks.

30-40 minutes on a good run. What parts are you interested in as I go to Portsmouth (I drive past Southampton) once a week during work hours. However I only have limited space in my car.
