Basically, swapped the T40's over for the standard 1.2 carb and inlet setup for insurance purposes.
Confirmed engine has high lift cams, and the engine is running quite lumpy..but basically took it for a drive round the area and going through the rev range, the engine seems as though its lacking fuel or something along them lines, almost like a flat spot sort of thing..one thing we did notice was that the carb acceleration pump is quite stiff.
Carb i expect has been sat for a while so has probably stiffened up..and engine hasnt had a good run for a few weeks.
Anyone believe daily use and general greasing/carb cleaning the setup will loosen things up and sort the problem, or will this required something like setting up on a rolling road?
