if coming from the north, east or west, once you are past the big airport roundabout (it has traffic lights) head south on the a45, and just past the petrol garage, go left up the slip road, straight on at the roundabout & take the old A road past whats left of the peugeot factory. you go left at the next roundabout & the place is on the right... go this way & you avoid all the speed cameras on the A45 at ryton...
