got a scrap shell i need a favour

if you have a scrap shell that you intend to put back on the road

if you have the above could you cut out where the rear gearbox mount is and post a pic of where the bolts go through (the side you cant see from the under side if that makes sense)

basically put an xe in the nove on them compertition mounts put one ofthe bolts in the rear of the 2 and it feels like its striped the threads:(

if your stuck wind a bolt in as best you can (leaving enuf thread showing to put a nut on) then weld around it and cut the head off so you can put a nut on it so you have a stud rather than a nut

just tap it and put a bigger bolt and some thread lock on it
