what petrol tank for my nova

can anyone confirm which petrol tank i need.

I'm fitting a E16SE (1.6 8v MPI ) into my nova saloon 2 door which is currently a 1.0 carb.

I've been told that the 3 door hatch will fit the 2 door saloon, can anyone confirm this ?
If this isnt true which do i need ? i presume a 3 door nova saloon spi tank then change the fuel pump to a mpi one from a mk3 astra
just looking for a definate answer before i go buying parts :thumb:

I fitted a fuel injection tank from a GTE/GSI to my two door saloon with the external fuel pump. It doesnt quite fit as the top of the tank doesnt perfectly match the contours on the bottom of the car, but its not a problem. Obviously you'll need to add another fuel line under the car from the tank to the engine bay, as you'll only have one already.

Ok great cheers, i have already got an external fuel pump i was going to use on my C20XE Mini but thats on hold for now, i will just have to find a gte/gsi tank. or even a new one if you can still get them ?
