pics of SATIN black novas

Has anyone got a picture of a satin black nova, was going to spray mine matt black but the paint shop said try satin as its more cleanable and very similar, wondering if anyone has a picture to compare though as I tried google but most are other peoples cars so they don't know if its satin or matt

Iirc, burgo's estate is/was satin black, look at the billing pics from 2010 and it should be in there:thumb:

Can't find the billing pics, and had a look at Burgos project its cream, stee my nova is now primer lol never liked white so and I think a track car in satin would look good

Most matt/satin black paintjobs look terrible, but I've only ever seen them out a rattle can. Pro painted satin could look pretty swish, especially with some glass black decals if you like stuff like that.

The black rat me n lee bought was satin. Looked crap tbh.

As said, may look ok on a pro job but I still don't think it suits Novas. And if you were getting a pro job you may as well just have it sprayed a proper colour lol

Well I am doing it myself but not using rattle cans is all being done properly, just finished hitting it in primer so ready for colour, it is a track car that's why I had wanted something a bit different, just wanted to see what satin looked like on any car

if you want something matt/satin, and a bit different, why not go for a satin grey/silver? looks mint imo, they do a few mercs, BMW's etc in satin colours. I think satin black just makes everyone think of bodged rattle can paint jobs.

I have looked into it but I have all the provisions to spray myself so would work out way more expensive doing a wrap, plus with doing the respray I had chance to sort out all the rest and dents. Is quality the stuff they can do when its being wraped
