i normaly
+ weld a bolt or nut to them
+ hammer and chisel
+ air chisel
+ use a easyout http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/IRWIN-5PC-BOLT-GRIP-NUT-BOLTS-REMOVER-BASE-SOCKET-SET-/180776069833?pt=UK_Hand_Tools_Equipment&hash=item2a1717eac9#ht_3221wt_922
+ or take the other nuts out and go round in circle to loosen the nut and take it out by hand
+ or drill it out

this work's just take other nuts with you lol
get the old oxy settling torch out and burn the wheels of!
Or take the hub off and get the lot on a pillar drill
Get a large brass drift. Place it over stuck stud and belt fook out of it till you hear a crack, wind out with needle nose pliers.
