Either will do fine IMO, most go for a 195 width though. Spud had 195/50 on his, see pics in this thread (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?183100-Cavalier-Cesaro-s-set-of-five.-%A3140!)

I used 195 45 on mine, and didnt rub and looked perfect on the wheel imo

195/45 is best but a bit more expensive per tyre than 50s.

My track tyres are 195/50-15 and perfect, for me.

195/50s mate, 45s are overpriced for no gain, ye can get decent track tyres for £50 a corner from camskil
