is there any chance of being 20 and insuring nova 2.0 turbo

as above i am building my nova with a newer z20let turbo engine out of a astra coupe and going to be a full gte rep

i was woundering if anyone has insured a nova 2.0 turbo at 20 i have been driving 3 years and got 2 years ncb or will i have to wait a year until i 21 and got 3 years ncb and leave in the garage ready

As for a turbo at 20, these days probably yeah but it won't be cheap.

A lot of insurers won't touch people under 21 on modified cars, so waiting that extra year will make a huge difference in the number of insurers who will even consider quoting you then you are more likely to find a reasonable quote as you can 'shop around'
