i know where the block gets drilled but anyone have any pics of the pipe fitted to a block?

i know its 1/2" bsp thread but what kind of connector do i need? just a slip on and jubilee clip it?

Mines an xe drilled out and I've got a hose with a jubilee clip on, works fine

Just an idea but have you thought of the alternative? Take a look on the link below to the short motor JonLem is selling. It has a modified sump instead of drilling the block ;)

Yeah but ive been told the higher up the better since you don't want any chance of the return getting blocked and any chance of nackering the seals

I'd rather drill and tap the block do its the same as a let block
