1.5 td bosst.

Iv done all the mods today on my 1.5td.

White ring, fuelling screw, air filter, blocked off the actuator pipe.

After all the mods iv fitted a boost guage and its not getting much more than 0.5bar of boost.

What could I do to up the boost more?

Or is the turbo worn?

You sure you've turned the fuel screw the right way?

has it got a overboost valve in the lnlet if it has need weld it shut

Yeah it still got it in - is it under the black airbox cover? Ill give that a try. Cheers

I turned it in - clockwise.

Clockwise is right, turn it in a full turn, weld the Valve up and that should make at least 20psi. That valve used to open on me at around 12 psi so some may be weaker than others. if no better still have a look at the turbo, check for leaks etc.
