The one day I have to park my car out the front of work instead of the little car park behind and its get fuckin kicked in! Got a dent in my rear 1/4 with no paint or anything else so the only thing I can think of is some little shit has just gone along and hit it or something?! :evil: :evil: :evil:
Its in between the arch and fuel filler cap, and its near enough touching the wheel :evil: :evil:
Fcuk pissed off.
I don't even live/work in a bad area ffs

look for the kid with paint marks on his shoes breeny mate.
you can guarentee the stupid little fcuker wont clean it off his shoe.
No paint has come off... its just a big dent. I'll get some pics tomorrow.

that happened to mine some shit kick ed my car as i had left it out side of col for an hour and when i came back there was a dent in the rear door it couldn't have bin a car as it was on the pavement side. but i could just pop mine out thankgod.

breeny, after having a football squared at mine a long time ago (from behind, field with about 80 kids on) i no longer take the nova in
you work your ass off and some 14 year old prick cant handle it that you have a sweet car or whatever, its just not needed
my parents (work at same school) have had another staff member scrape their mondeo and drive off (only circumstantial so no real proof although we know who)
mines also had marks put on it at uni etc

Yeh I'm not gonna be happy with them if i catch whoever it was. I guess i'd better be restrained seen as I'm a responsible adult and all that :roll:
Tilly it may well be case of just popping out I don't really know. The pics don't show it great, the dent actually goes round the filler neck bit, its pushed out a bit and the sideskirt is also at a funny angle so I don't know what damage has been done :cry:
tbh that looks to harsh to be a kick from some clod hopper wearing kid unless you had an obvious footprint on the paintwork. Looks more in line with some donkey that cant reverse properly

If you have time, you should leave it in the same place as where it got kicked, while your spying on it and see if the same kids/ppl go to it again to do more damage.

it looks like summuts hit it - hockey stick, tennis racket, bike wheel or summut. The dent over the arch lip is too prominent.
It youre lucky you can knock the main part out with a little light hammer n dolly work. the bit on the arch lip thoughs gonna take some fine work -
small pick mahher and gentle taps from the inside out whilst someone holds a bit of wood on the outside.
Its prob gonna need flatting filling and spraying

feel for ya m8 - I'd have seen red and done a way of the exploding fist on the "known" assholes!
Just keep an eye out over the coming day or so - they prick that did it will keep looking at you to see what you'll do - curiosity n that - you'll catch their eye soon enuff...

It would have to be a sharp edge slammed in hard to put a crease in like that esp near the filler cap where there is some reinforcing. It doesnt look like passing vandalism - more likely an accident like something has fallen against or another vehicle hit it in someway? Thats a fairly major to fix but i expect you have worked that out
uhuh :( Only reason I thought someone had hit it is because there was no paint left from another car, a few black marks but that could have come from a shoe etc.. (or even a car that hasnt got colour coded bumpers?)
The kids aint left yet, the last day is Wednesday. Still if another car has hit it... that means its a member of staff (Staff carpark) and he/she hasn't owned up to it! :roll:
No cctv again yet.. just another unlucky part of it.. its all being installed in the summer hols!
I'm gonna be doing more than keeping an eye trust me.. going straight to the head team as soon as i get to work!
I was a fool for leaving it in the main carpark anyway, its a lot more easier to get at the cars there.

I'm gutted for you mate. Know how shit like that feels.
I'd have to agree with some of the others and say it looks like a car has driven into it. The position of that dent is probably around the same height as a bumper. Look at the cars in the car park and measure up which bumpers look like they could have hit the car at that point. I'm thinking maybe a Freelander, or one of these off road estate cars. Saying that, if they reversed into it, then rear bumpers are usually a little higher than front ones, so it could have been a number of cars.
Good luck in finding whoever did it. I feel for you. I'm gutted myself, I helped polish that car ;)
Do me a favour though Breeny, don't book yourself into Dans until hes done the work on my car, hehe :P

Spoke to head team today, Ive gotta pay for it myself as I didnt join a teachers union at the beginning of the year for insurance. :(
Put some pictures up at the side of the staff board in the staff room... came back a while later and someone had moved it and put it in the centre, circled round it and put "who did this??!!" LOL

as already said thats not footprint. impact is too great and focused unless the person was big+tall with a size 3 foot. however i cant think of anything a schoolkid would have to make that damage excepot something heavy in a bag
dont think its impact off another car as i cant see any scratches

The very nice site manager lady went checking cars for me today, found that one of the school mini buses had red paint on the bumper (its a black rubber bumper thing)! So traced it back and measured it all, was exactly the same height etc. One of the teachers had it out yesterday. She said she knew she was close but didn't realise it had hit, she was very apologetic etc etc I know her quite well, shes a really nice lady so I'm not gonna be angry with her, she didn't do it on purpose..
Rah sooo happy, means I can claim on the schools motor insurance wah hey :D :D :D
