puting pics on my laptop from my phone help??

well im not good with computers and phones as some of yous know

i got a new phone (samsung galaxy ace) and when i plug my phone into the laptop to put pivs on nothing comes up? :confused: proberly something dumb but help would be usefull ? lol

Does the phone ask you to do anything? Like go into storage mode or similar. When I do that on my s2 it automatically transfers the pictures over.

Assuming you're using Windows...

1. Plug the phone in.
2. Phone may prompt for connection method, if not then go to the pull down menu and you should see an option to enable the USB connection.
3. A new drive will then be accessible in My Computer just like a memory stick.

If that doesn't work, it may be because you need the USB driver for the phone which you can get from Samsung.

or go to your local pound shop get a bluetooth dongle and away you go bluetooth the pics over, simples
