dont really see the point, better off selling it as a whole and buying a xe to put in the nova :)

there is no way an abf golf lump is running 200bhp through a standard injection setup, id be surprised if thats over 160 bhp

Shh, i like this guys maths. If head work and an exhaust gives a 30% increase my nova must be knocking on the door of 300bhp

If that's right hobbit my let is 300bhp on standard boost so feck knows what it's running when they turn the boost up the rr print out I have of 306bhp must of been standard boost using that maths lol

Won't make 200bhp without cams and throttlebodies the inlet is too restrictive standard golf 16vs are 139 bhp at most you will have 155 with those mods and that's on a brand new lump not a 20+ yearold one

Actually we've had 65% out of a triumph head porting job, freak occurrence due to bad original ports, but a very real gain... and actually that injection system will run about 205 quite happily with overhead for more, it's an injection system that works more like a carb, and has various fuel tuning screws on it.

205 isn't a guess btw, it's what actually came out of one of those engines, on a dyno.

edit: NVM on the injection system, thought it was running K-Jet, but point stands on headwork, depends on the head lol
