has anyone got a diagram for all the pipes for a injection E16SE because i dont no how they go what ever i do it wont run on tickover and will only rev smothly after about 3000rpms

its most likely the bendy one to the afm from the throttle body. they crack underneath.

the same symptoms can be the coolant temp sensor (CTS)

the idle bypass valve is a known problem too, its the metal thing with 2 1/2" pipes & a connector & its on top of the inlet manifold. the old blue haynes book tells you how to test it.

the EGR valve is another good one, we usually get it removed & blanked off with a decent bit of metal plate. then block off the vac pipe to it too.

i think it may be the afm one then as i dont have the right on at the min can you still buy these new? i will also check the bypass valve too thanks will let you no on if this does not sort it cheers

they have been NLS for ages, you can clean them up & mend them with windscreen bonding mastic (that stuff could stick a tax conviction to harry redknapp)
