please feel free to post what you think i am below, after giving the combo van to a real mercanic to fix, the pump timing was out by a mile, and hence why it wouldnt start:roll:, all fixed and working, just pleased i didnt bend all the valves up lol,so i am a **** mercanic and a complete ****. please fell free to post your voice on what i am below.....

Paying someone else to fix something ftw.

I gave up doing stuff myself when i had the 1.2. Stopped working, checked the belt, not snapped. replaced plugs, leads, brand new dizzy, coil. Nothing worked. so sent it to my mate Russ. I was right the belt hadn't snapped but it had stripped most of its teeth lol he does all the work on my cars now :)

so if you did as i said and set the crank to the mark (tdc)
and locked the pump and cam with the bolts as i mentioned you would have had no issues you nugget
