Running on 3 cylinders!!

Hi, I have just swapped engines in an Astra H Z16XEP and now it only runs on three cylinders. No1 is not firing. I have done the pedal test and get codes for 'High input' or 'incorrect signal' on all 4 coils. Anyone have any ideas?

Oh yeah, I tried the coil pack of the old engine and it made no difference.
