Fully built 23.5kgs with cams valves etc but without cam cover according to this thread PRESS (http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/engines-transmission/319630-c20xe-head-weight.html)

ive guesstimated 25kg for the courier lol, thats everything apart from the cover

25kg aint hat heavy tbh

i just sent my cav transfer box n mount off and that came it at 39kg and cost me £11.86p :)
