Isn't that the oil breather/filter from the block, dont recall it having a gasket but may be wrong.

when I pulled it off block it had a gasket that just fell to bits lol

cornflakes box & some hylomar.. they used to be a standard part of the mechanics kit.

A new gasket from vauxhall is pence, do it right, do it once

You could use a rizla packet if you really want

or failing the conflake box go and buy a sheet of gasket paper from your local motor factor or ebay !!

admittedly, that is the better option.... if you can find a motor factor that still stocks it........

I think most head sets supply that gasket, although it could be the bottom end set. If I get chance I will take a look later.
