its a sped camera that was nicked and somebodys planted it in the middle of a fieldd and made like a crop circle round it

the rest of the post goes onto say how the police spend so much time going after motorists rather than thiefs/muggers etc etc becuz they dont have a reg plate attached to them so its too much like hard work

was a bit on the local paper last night (cambridge evening news) that ely police are taking number plates an issuing warnings to the drivers of local cars all to do with this new law where they can take your car away :o
