I am breaking a 1990 mk1 Nova 1.4 L 5dr to provide parts for my 3dr, so I will be using a few of the parts but nevertheless most will be available; Photos available for anything you are interested in.
Remember panels are for a 5dr unless stated otherwise. Car has only had one previous owner, and covered 48k; sold as it failed its MOT on the NS headlight which was deemed too expensive!

Rear bumper looks pretty straight. What condition is it in and bumper bar underneath, has Benn visited yet to look at bonnet?

Yes bumper is fine - in good order though its a mk2 bumper (presumably replaced when it got rear ended)

Benn hasnt visited/been in touch

Hi, do you know if the front wings will fit a mk1 2dr saloon? If they will I am interested in the pair of wings and the bonnet (if it will fit in my car, which I doubt!)

Yes should do - they are the correct round arch type

are both the 13sb and the 14nv complete? do either have a gearbox with them as looking to upgrade my 12st, so ildeally looking for something to drop staright in, best prices on both if still available, cheers
