Probably about standard 1.6 8v power. (100hp)

The carb is its let down.
What inlet are you using for it? And what cylinder head(1.6?)

just using the carb as im running a standard 1.6 8v with full exhaust and and mild cam and is 104 bhp as itis so thort it would be easier but i do have the injection system here aswell, just have to run an intank pump, also its using a custom adaptor plate,

The standard 1.6 8v inlet can flow for 150bhp.
Which inlet are you using? As the 1.6 inlet obviously wont fit a carb, are you using the 1.4 inlet?

yh its a 1,4 sr inlet with alluminium plate which has round ports 1 side and square the other mate, im thinking about chucking it all together with the injection

with an adaptor like that, i'd guess 95hp

Refit the injection system or fit twin 40s with a lairier cam

Noooooooo!

Go for Twin 40's with a lairy cam. I have an inlet if you decide to take that route.

The only way you'll find out is get it on a rolling road. Then it can be optimised for the setup you're running.
With the strangulation of the carb, 100hp tops I'd say, more like 95 as Mowgli said. Put 40's on it and it ought to push 110-115 with the spec you mention.

should of mentioned its in my road rally car so no twin webbers are aloud, can use single 45 or splits but it looks like im going to run injection

Injection or try a split 45

why not fabricate a decent inlet manifold & keep the single carb? it would free up loads of power.

PM SR-Rally...he has a custom Bogg Bros manifold for a single/split DCOE
