Im just wondering :)! Would a first time driver even get insurance for a 1.5 td? Just say he lived in a quit town in the middle of scotland? :p

I tried to insure a td on a provisional liscence couple months back, it was around £1700 in a low risk area etc etc stick to a 1.2!

why not just get's some quotes instead of posting on here, as previously said circumstances and prices change daily,i will tell you something for nothing tho, it won't be cheap!. good luck!

I've a 1.0 here converted to TD, you can use that reg to see if it's any cheaper. All recorded on tax book, so pm me if you want details. Also have a mark 1 TD as well.
