Hi all

Anyone know whether this type of steering wheel :-

will still work with all the controls when replacing a steering wheel from a meriva like this :-

I would initially say yes it should do, but you would need to see/check the plugs on the back of the wheel to know for certain, if not im sure youd be able to modify them if the plugs are different lol

The answer is likel to be a flat no. The controls are CAN based and the functionality is provided by the CIM behind the wheel which is coded to the car. Unless of course the Meriva is full CAN (assuming the CIM is compatible etc etc) - I think they run the hybrid half arsed implementation like the Corsa C though.

Yes the Meriva runs the same electrical system as the Corsa C - so I'm guessing thats a no then . Grrr

Cheers anyway!

What about a Meriva VXR or Irmscher wheel?
