Need to see intercooler setups fitted to Novas (with the radiator fitted too).

Don't care if you're running a standard rad or an alloy one or what IC you are using. Just need to see loads of examples of them.

There is also more room behind mk2 bumpers as the bumper iron brackets are longer.

It's a right squeeze behind a mk1 bumper and thats why I had to cut away at the valance

What helps is the rads being positioned more in the centre allowing room for hoses to the IC. Standard rads sit right up against the body on the right( when looking at the front end). No room for hoses. So far all the photos have alloy rads and not standard.

The alloy rad is the same size as a standard rad.

Here's a thread regarding the Frontera intercooler fitment that may help Mr Tek. CLICKME (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?100949-pic-request-of-frontera-intercooler-s-fitted-please&)

Well all the alloy rads seem to be positioned centre of the front end but the standard positioning puts it right up against the right side therefore no room. How have you lot re-positioned them?

Just drill two new holes in the crossmember and fit the standard rubber bungs in them.

You can fit the ally rads in the std place, but as you'll have the ic pipes coming in front the front you need to move the rad over, unless you bring the pipes up front the inner arch..
