The reason i use Novaload is to help people with there cars and to find out information for myself, The site has helped me out no end, all i want to do is help people with what i have learnt.

I dont class myself as being arrogant, although apperntly i am very.

I seem to annoy people and irritate them by being myself, i have had a large amount of messages this week telling me to

Also when i post reply's people just try to undermind it with witty comments.

Everyone i speak to seems to think there is no problem and everything is ok, but this is not what i get told.

I will stop using the site for a while and let things die down a bit, see what happens.

Just wish if someone has a problem with me just tell me straight as if you havent got the nerve to say it to me then please dont say it to others, if i have a problem i make it clear and let people know where they stand, all i ask is for the same in return.

Ben is a Sound bloke him and Will F sorted me out with a sound 1.4Sr engine that is Rapid (ask NovaNutter :twisted: ) i knew when i brought it if i had any problems he would give me as much help as i needed !!

People tend to be more arrogant and cocky on the net as they know they wont get a punch in the face afterwards. Sometimes doing a Jay & Silent Bob doesnt seem like a bad idea...

Ben is alright - we've had the odd disagreement from time to time - but then again i have had much worse with Will n Jim and still think they are sound too.

Everyone contributes something to the site in their own way. Not everyone will get on all of the time, and when things do go wrong you just have to be an adult about it and sort it out sensibly. I am sure Jim will agree that our problems never did get solved by having a go at each other :lol:

Its only when you sit back, take a while to think about it and then talk sensibly about the problem that it will get solved.

NOW PLEASE!!! EVERYONE... stop sticking your tongues up Ben's ar$e ... he's got a big enough head as it is :lol:


As i said though - Ben may or may not be to everyone's liking... Tilly to mention one who wont be subscribing to the Ben fan club this year - but he does help out on the site with plenty of technical knowledge and he does pass on quite a lot of parts at reasonable prices.

If giving good advice and selling quality nova bits on a nova site is "ruining" the site - well... I'll eat my own pubic hair!

Wisewood and I have had a few "run-ins" in the past, but things are cool now.

Ben, don't worry about it.

Some of things you've said have been things that I've thought aswell. I've even upset people that I consider good mates on this site. You get over it though, part of life.

Thing I keep forgetting Ben is that there is a large audience on this site. I'm 25 and yet there are 16 year olds that have signed up to it. Obviously no one likes to be upstaged and some of the time, the younger members take things the wrong way and the posts escalate out of control into a big sl4gging match.

My advice to you and anyone else that reacts to issues, is to take a breather before you reply. It took me a long time to learn this. If I see a reply that bothers me I'll either ignore the post from there on, or try and write a reply after thinking for a couple of minutes.

It's difficult to know if people are joking around or are serious in what they say, so comments can be taken the wrong way.

Have a breather Ben, and whilst your sat at home not replying you can be cleaning them parts that I've asked you to put to one side ;)
